Gather at the Grill
Savor bold flavors, craft cocktails, and the warm energy of a kitchen that takes pride in every plate — right here on Blue Sky Highway.
Our Story
Rooted in Lander, Built on Flavor
Paintbrush Grill started with a simple conviction: the best meals happen when great ingredients meet genuine hospitality. Nestled on Blue Sky Highway, we've built a space where locals and travelers alike slow down, sit back, and enjoy food that doesn't take itself too seriously — but takes taste very seriously.
From our morning coffee and breakfast plates to evening cocktails and grill-finished dinners, every item on our menu reflects the spirit of the West: straightforward, generous, and made to share.
The Menu
What We Serve
From sunrise to sundown — breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between.
The Space
Come for the Food. Stay for the Vibe.
Paintbrush Grill is designed for real moments — Friday night dinners, weekend brunches with the crew, a quiet coffee before the trail, or a post-hike pint at the bar. The space is warm, unpretentious, and always full of good energy.
